Connecting AmbiFi and Hip Hop Public Health for Covid Handwashing
If living through the Covid-19 pandemic has taught us one thing about conducting business, it’s that opportunities and connections can be found in the unlikeliest of circumstances. And this summer, we made a connection that could truly help save lives.
The world was told early on that hand washing is one of the most important precautions to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. Our partner Hip Hop Public Health (HHPH), a not-for-profit organization that empowers people with positive health behavior change through the transformative power of hip hop music, were searching for a technology partner to help with healthcare behavioral changes on hand washing habits. At FGS, we saw an opportunity to introduce them to our client, Ambifi, a leading technology platform that allows experts in any field to author guided learning experiences to provide users guided support where needed where users can jump in for guided support where they need, to help HHPH achieve their vision for growth and broader behavioral changes.
Together, Hip Hop Public Health, AmbiFi and FGS created an “ambii” app that guides the public through proper hand washing techniques using the 20-second countdown content from HHPH, the CDC guidelines, and a checklist format from the AmbiFi SaaS platform. Users can choose which HHPH artist or ambassador to wash their hands with, making the experience more fun and engaging increasing the likelihood of a thorough hand washing session.
We thrive on connection, and would love to chat with you about the types of partnerships that could help your business reach new audiences and flourish. For more information on AmbiFi, HHPH or FGS, please drop us a note.
